SOLVED: Speed editor not working with windows 11

Hey guys, I struggled with this for a while, and last time I called Blackmagic Design support they didn't know what was happening, had to call microsoft, they tried fixing it and it worked for a moment, but ended up stopping working after a restart. Well I just called Blackmagic Design again, and they have a proper solution, and they're aware of the problem!!

This is what they told me to do, and I did it, and it works a charm:

Some customers have reported this behaviour is resolved when stopping the Logitech Lamp Array service on their systems. To do this:

- First ensure all background applications are closed - including those in your system tray.
- Connect your Speed Editor to your system either via Cable. Check that this is detected in the Control Panels application
- Launch DaVinci Resolve and confirm that the behaviour is occurring.
- Launch Task Manager.
- From here, you should have the option to go to the "Details" tab showing your tasks and the "Services" tab showing services.

Could you please check if you have and stop the service named "logi_lamparray_service", then restart Resolve.

Once restarted, please check if the behaviour has changed.

One thing I had to do to make it permanent, was to expand the process in task manager, right click on the process, go to Services, and disable it in the services window here:

And now it works perfectly, even restarted, with bluetooth and wired... I'm so happy to have it working again, I thought I'd share for anyone else in the same situation 🗡️
